The End Of Term 3

 Hi bloggers,

Today I am writing about the end of term three and what I liked about it.  The first thing is the new scooter track. The next thing is lockdown even though lots of people didn't like it but I got to spend lots of time with my family. And the last thing is all the flight work we did because for almost the whole term we had flight work and it was fun and we got to make parachutes that work it can make a small thing float.

Today I am showing you my flight work, ts about things that can fly and we have been doing it for
quite a while now. There is lots of different things that can fly that we have been learning about, like swifts and planes. There are more things that can fly that you will see in my work and people use ships more than cargo planes which I know why it is because ships can carry more stuff than a cargo planes. So maybe you should try finding out what there is that can fly because it is really fun.

My last blog of term 2

This is my last blog of term 2.  What i have liked is that in reading it has been things of the world only once it was something fake. and it has also been good because when we do reading work it makes it easier if it like a place. I have learned lots of new things in maths, reading and writing I think I have learnt the most things in maths. But reading I also have learned quite a bit. In winter sport our team won every time we played and only once we tied.

My reading work is about Antarctica I haven't done much about it because I have only done at least 90 minutes of reading work about Antarctica.  Also it is really fun. The challenging bit about it was that lots of the words in I couldn't understand that much.

this is my next can-do. It is a health poster of what you should do to not get sick. And to keep healthy and stay healthy. Also it was a little bit hard because I couldn't find the right things. and also I hope you keep healthy and don't get sick.

My Reading Can-Do A gain

Right here is my can do. And it is about not to get sick and keep clean. and stay healthy as well.

To not have another pandemic you should wash your hands and before you eat your food wash your hands as well. And keep clean. And do not get in a conversation with a stranger or person you don’t know.  And if you get sick you should stay home so other people won’t get sick and if you are sick stay away from people that includes family.

this is my reading can-do again. I am proud of this because I got it finished really quickly.

 The  1918 flu is really bad for every one who gets it because there is a most

likely chance that they will die. Also because back then they didn’t have the stuff

they needed to fix it which is really bad and that is why most people who got it

died.

Get rid of the flu

It is a game where there is one person who doesn't have the flu and tries to catch the people with the flu once a person is caught they don’t have it and help you the last one to have it is the one who will be the person who doesn’t have it next time. And also if you don’t have it you have to count to twenty and you got to find them and chase them and get them until there is one more person left who has the flu.

1918 Flu

 Hi bloggers,

today i'm writing about something really cool. it is about a really bad flu in 1918. the flu was really bad and most of the people who got it died because there wasn't much they could do to help with it so the only thing they could do is give them medicine and keep them away from other people. Also my great great grandma had it and there is a picture of my great great grandad getting medicine for it and that picture is on the encyclopedia. also somehow it is the spanish flu. which it is really bad and it is kind of like coronavirus which is even worse because back then they didn't have much things to help with it. And what I did well with my reading work is that I did not have any challenges in doing it which means I did well in my work.

my animal non-chronological report

Today I am writing about my animal non-chronological report. In a non-chronological report you have to write in third person which means you have to write in factual language. I was writing my report

about cheetahs . Non-chronological reports are really fun and maybe you should try doing one. In my non-chronological report, I had to write what it eats ,where it lives and even what it looks like. I also wrote about predators. Here is what my non chronological is like:

Start up

Cheetahs come from Africa where there are lots of different animals.

Cheetahs only live in a certain spots of Africa. Cheetahs also have to look after their cubs and protect them.

Cheetah cubs also look like a honey badger so no animals attack them.

What they look like.

Cheetahs are sort of yellow with black dots all over them.

Cheetah cubs look different from the adult cheetahs.

Cheetah cubs have a white stripe and a black stripe on them it makes them look like honey badgers.

Also male and female cheetahs look the same. Cheetahs also have four legs.

Cheetahs are cat-like animals that

are a lot bigger.

Animals that attack it  

Lions are cheetah predators because they attack cheetahs and their cubs. Cheetahs try running around

as fast as they can to get the lions away when the lion sees the cheetah running. The lion starts to try

and chase the cheetah. The lion gets too tired and gives up so the cheetah goes back to what it is doing.

Hyenas are also a predators because they attack cheetahs and their cubs so the cheetah attacks back.

Where they live

Cheetahs live in the African Savanna and they like lying down under shady trees. They like to hide in tall

grass to wait for prey to come nearby and attacks.

What they eat

Cheetahs eat meat and they drink water. They like springbok, steenbok, dunkers, impala and gazelle.

Cheetahs like to rest lots because when they run they won't run far so they lay down in the shade.

Cheetahs also have black stripes by their eyes which helps there eyesight. Cheetahs can see things

that are really far away and can even see through the the really hot sun. 

Cheetahs are meat eaters, carnivores. They are really fast and have good eyesight. There predators

are lions and hyenas. So cheetahs are very cool animals and it is really cool to see and hear on

what they can do.
